I need some help. We have a Ercoupe that is having fuel flow issues.
Fuel has stopped flowing to the right tank and it is now flowing out
the cap of the left tank. It has three tanks all with vented fuel
caps. The line that 'T's" off the cross feed from left to right and
goes to the pump is right by the right tank. So this has happened
periodically in the past but didn't last long but now it will not
stop. I have tried to not fill the tanks too full (still happened) and
have tried filling them but it still happens.I am wondering if the
right cap should NOT be vented.Thinking that maybe that would draw
fuel from the left tank. We have checked all the lines and everything
is clear. Any help would be so appreciated!
