[ercoupe-tech] What is involved in removing the rudder pedal modification

I'm a paraplegic so can't use the rudders and have passed on some  
coupes for sale with rudder pedals. Now wondering what is involved in  
removing them and reverting back to rudderless coupe with a hand brake?
