Please, please, please, everyone, don't double post messages.
For something special like Dennis's post of Jerry McWhorter's passing, I've
no objection because the two people who are only a member of flyin might
have known the person.
But for every other message, there's NO NEED to double post it.
Everyone should be (and just about always is) a member of tech. Lots of
people are not a member of flyin and that's OK.
Tech stuff should be on tech and nowhere else. The guidelines, as posted on
the cover page of the forums on Yahoo are:

concerning owning and flying these wonderful aircraft.
Most people should be members of both ercoupe-flyin and
ercoupe-tech. Everyone should be a member of -tech. Those who do not want
the social and semi-off-topic content should join -tech only.
The tech forum is restricted to Ercoupe/Aircoupe/Mooney M-10
technical information and aviation technique, safety about maintaining and
flying Coupes.
The flyin forum is open but intended for Coupe related social and
general content.
People are sending double messages to 350 people and that's just not
necessary! Please! We're getting complaints.
There's no need to apologize, but please help us by not double posting.
