I have heard Ed comment as to how any disruption of the airflow in the vicinity 
of the wing root causes the coupe to drift to that side. Might be a 
consideration.

I am seeing the rather rounded fuselage as a problem. The only mounting point I 
can think of is the gap between walkbox and wing panel behind the rear spar.The 
step would then point inwards toward the fuselage. Hartmut

Hey Guys and Gals: Does anyone have a step mounted on their Ercoupe or Alon? I 
have a gentleman who would like to make his ingress egress easier and asked for 
a step. I do not see an easy method of attaching one because of the wing to 
fuselage fairing. What am I missing?
