Dan, Would you please check the timeline? (I've got to be out till afternoon tomorrow.) My fuzzy memory agrees with Oliver that the center section inspection AD came before the aerobatics crash.
I *think* I remember that the aerobatic crash did bring about the "mandatory" (only for commercial operations) service bulletin for ultrasound inspection of the center section rivets.
