Would you please check the timeline? (I've got to be out till afternoon
tomorrow.)  My fuzzy memory agrees with Oliver that the center section
inspection AD came before the aerobatics crash.  

I *think* I remember that the aerobatic crash did bring about the
"mandatory" (only for commercial operations) service bulletin for ultrasound
inspection of the center section rivets.

Hi Oliver,
There was an AD that required inspection plates be installed in the center 
section, OR removal of the wings, and inspection  of the center section 
every three years.

There was also a service bulletin (not mandatory) to have an ultrasonic 
testing done on the main spar rivets.
