I have an older s/n 415-C with metal wings that has just had rudder pedals installed and the LSA GW increase STC. Although still within proper CG limits, I have noted that the CG with pilot/pass/proper fuel is well forward. Is this typical?
I have also heard that a split elevator enhances the handling characteristics of the coupes. Can the elevator be upgraded and still keep the LSA designation? Thanks, Craig Peterson
