[ercoupe-tech] Buying a Coupe

Like Dan's posting I have looked for a Coupe for some time and found 
one in CA that I have made an offer on.  It is a 415CD model (N3881H).  
Does anyone have any info on this aircraft?  The owner seems like a 
great gent and says it used to reside in WA or OR I think.  Metal 
wings, polished aluminum with green trim, decent looking condition in 
and out at least by the pics.  It is listed on Barnstormers right now.  
Any insight appreciated.
