To my knowledge Rolls Royce did make the O-200 for a
time under license from Continental.  I believe they
powered the Cessna 150's that were built in France.  I
think there is a coupe here in the states with the RR
O-200 and a 3-blade prop.  I haven't seen it in person
but there is a picture of it on www.ercoupe.net
