[ercoupe-tech] Determining legality of LSA

While I agree that it may take a court case to set precedent, I don't think you 
can argue that 
an Ercoupe C or C/D is legal as LSA since they are specifically listed on the 
FAA's website as 
legal LSA aircraft (Existing Type Certificated Aircraft that meet Light Sport 
(PDF).
Alternatively, the D on up are not listed.
Only questionable planes are those that have had their model officially changed 
(last 
sentence is my opinion...rest are FAA's)
