I have read this post with interest, in part because on Feb. 1, I am relocating
my Ercoupe to another field. Right now, they only have commmunity hangars
available, and you are not allowed to move the plane from the hangar. You
have to call in advance and the line people will pull your plane from the
hangar to the ramp. After reading this post, it kinda scares me.

Is there anyway that you can limit the travel of the nose gear while they are
towing it? I have the double fork nosewheel.

(I know that having someone else move the plane is not ideal, but hangar space
at a decent field in the Cleveland area is at a premium)

Thanks,
Fred Wellman
