If there are no exhaust points undampened touching the airframe, it sounds like an engine balance issue (includes prop). I remember you looking for an engine mount. Was that o/h'd or just put on as received? Did you say that the engine was o/h'd? O/H'd in the field or by a shop? If field, to what extent were the components balanced?
