Actually Al, it turns out that part of the heat muff around the exhaust pipe was slightly touching the cowling. It did not wear through the metal but was well on it's way after only two hours of flight. That has been address and hopefully that was part of the vibration issue. The engine mount I bought from one of the guys on the list was not used because it did not fit perfectly. One of the mounting points was off by about 1/4 inch. I will be selling it on EBAY and will explain in the ad the issue. The engine did have a field overhaul I certainly hope that is not the problem!!!!

I remember you looking for an engine mount. Was that o/h'd or just put on as received? Did you say that the engine was o/h'd? O/H'd in the field or by a shop? If field, to what extent were the components balanced?
