John,
I just replaced the seat back frame on mine and didn't pay enough attention  
when I took off the canvas so learned the hard way.
A very long length of cotton rope or nylon paracord is looped around  through 
all the holes similar to baseball stitching.
Leave plenty of slack at each wrap.
The bottom  attachment alternated hooks with (from the center) front  slack 
then back slack to the hooks.
On the sides the slack matches up to each hook as you go up.hopefully you  
have all the hooks in place.
Don't tighten up the hook weave tension too much unless you want the  control 
wheel to hit you in the chest when you pull it back.
It's a lot easier with two people but can be managed with one.
