No options, you formed a contract when you bid and the ethical thing to do is 
to live up to your end.  That said, there are plenty of relistings due to 
"deadbeat" buyers.  

If I arrived to pick up an airplane I bought on Ebay (salvage price only) and 
it wasn't as advertised, I wouldn't go through with it.  To me "As advertised" 
is what was said in the ad or by the seller in questions.  If it wasn't listed 
or mentioned, you should take responsibility if you failed to ask.

I know a few guys who were happy with Ebay a/c purchases.  One guy bought a 
homebuilt helo and learned to fly in it.  Whole thing makes me cringe, though.

Most people use Ebay as a cheap way to advertise the aircraft.  Plenty of deals 
are made on the side.
