Hartmut,

Please read the file that I uploaded on the water separation phase 
of blended fuels. The author claims that only 3.8 teaspons of water 
is needed to cause the separation phase. He has supporting data and 
references. I found this document while doing my research on the 
topic some months ago. See what you think?
