I am not aware of that.  Here is a quote from their web site:

 

What is the proper mixing ratio of Prist Fuel additive to av-gas and turbine
fuels and why is this important?
Prist additive should be mixed properly in the correct ratio of 0.10-0.15%
by volume. Proper mixing of Prist fuel additive in to av-gas and turbine
fuels is critical to its effectiveness at preventing freezing of suspended
water in jet fuel and controlling microbial growth..

 

Also:

 

Lo-Flo additive can deliver the product at a rate wich [sic] is typical of
avgas, which is 15 to 20 gallons per minute.

There is a  product called "Prist" which is allowed for that purpose.
However, no water, no ice.
