A serial number over 4000 indicates that the fuel system is up to the latest - means there should be a return line that is divided with a T piece to allow flow back into both tanks. Depending how the tanks are vented the level in both tanks can distribute differently. Also the return lines might feed the tanks uneven. I am convinced that 2 inches unevenness is no cause for concern. The plane can just have not been level when measured. A different story is when one tank ( the left one) appears empty and the other is still filled up. That raises your pulse when it happens while enroute. Hartmut

The serial number is 4064.All,It often helps to include the model and serial number, when asking anyquestion involving the mechanical aspects of the plane and sometimes whenasking about flying aspectsSometimes, good answers need this information. All the best,Ed _________________________________________________________________ It’s easy to add contacts from Facebook and other social sites through Windows Live™ Messenger.
