Data Plate for 415 C. Only Please!
In 1947 ERCO sold most of its inventory to Saunders Aircraft,
and had no use for the ERCO data plates.
Saunders then started to build Ercoupes using the new Saunders data plate.
The unstamped & unused data plates I have are only for ERCO MODEL 415-C
and were part of that unsold inventory. that's it,
I can't authenticate the originality of them,
but they're all highly photo engraved with raised characters
I paid a lot of bucks for this aircraft memorabilia at antique market in the
Lancaster, Pa. area.
I feel $90. is a fair price for these unused / unstamped data plates.
