Oh, yeah, one more thing.  With Clevelands it is easy to determine if a
brake is stuck on.  When the brakes release the brake assembly will exhibit
a little bit of play if you try to rock it side to side (from the outside
toward the center of the disk.)  If it is locked in position then it is not
releasing.  (Good thing to preflight.)  In addition, you should be able to
press the piston side against the disk and make it retract even further.
(Caution, pump the brakes back into place before relying on them!)
