Another argument for a check list and flat fee for the annual. I expect
to pay for my squawks and legitimate problems found at the time of
the annual; but the flat fee takes care of the bulk of learning a new
plane (even if it is a model the mechanic is familiar with, the first
time
through all the paperwork takes more time than next year.
