Just because there is no mixture control on your panel doesn't mean there isn't one on the carburetor. Check on the top right side of the carb and see if there is a lever that is wired closed. That would be your mixture control. Have an AP take a look at it. Some have had the necessary interior parts removed. That needs to be determined first. A good AP can do it without removing the carb.. If the insides are there, he only has to install a mixture control on your panel and you will be in good shape assuming your carb is functioning properly.
