I get that figure from McCauley Service Bulletin 227B, dated August
28, 2001 as mentioned in the previous post.  This was after an
extensive search of Erco, Contenintal and McCauley TCDS's and other pubs.

The rest of your comments on re-torquing and wrench calibration are
welltaken.  I haven't acquired a torque wrench yet, but will bear the
beam kind in mind.
