It moves in all directions, Hartmut.  I believe Opal and I will have
to rebuild the strut and sleeve/collar completely.  I checked prices
on Univair:
415-31080 - strut cylendar    601.30
415-34029 - steering collar   172.59
415-34057 - sleeve            512.70
Can check for used parts, but they would be try/match/send back for
another size proposition.
