After 7.25 hours of flight you should be out of gas.

To fire up an engine, you need the right fuel gas mixture and a spark at around
TdC.
Check you have both. Look for loose intake rubbers that the mixture is reaching
the cylinders.
Easiest way is to prime accordingly. That gives you fuel.
It is very unlikely that you loose both magnetos at ones.
That's why I would check the magneto switch first.
Try to start on one mag only. Try left or right.

It would be of help if you would provide more details of your problem.
What are the circumstances?

After a 7.25 hour flight I have been unable to start my aircraft. It seems
to be trying to fire on one cylinder but will not start up. The mags are
Eisemann & quite possibly the original ones from 1946. Has anyone else had
this problem & does anyone have any remedy?
