In the early days ( 40's ) the Aeromatic propeller was reasonably popular for a variety of aircraft, one being the Bellanca Cruiseaire. The propeller is certified for Ercoupes. Recently Tarver has secured the rights to the Aeromatic and are now producing them. They have a model for the Ercoupe. My question is whether anyone is currently flying with or has flown an Ercoupe with the Aeromatic Propeller. I believe originally Koppers was the manufacturer. Any information about the advantages or disadvantages of the Aeromatic for Ercoupe would be appreciated.
