All, My coupe has no suction pump. But, it does have a whopping big venturi. The venturi runs both my attitude indicator and my gyro compass.
QUESTION: Is a suction gauge necessary or desirable? (Both opinions and purported "facts" are welcome.) I do have a suction gauge, but I am considering removing it. I wonder if it might be usessly adding load against the the work of the venturi.
