Scott, My coupe also runs on the cool side in the winter. The other 
day it was 15 degrees and the oil only warmed to 125 - 130 degrees. I 
have seen coupes with duct tape covering part of the intake area in 
front of the cylinders. I don't know how much this helps. I don't 
care to have a loose piece of duct tape melting on a cylinder if it 
were to come loose. My solution has been to cover the air intake and 
fly it at 140 degrees or less. (I have heard comments that coupe 
owners in the west and mid-west are addicted to duct tape  :) ) Mike
