Some suggestions on tracking the source of radio noie;
 
In flight, turn mags off (one at a time) to seeif they are a source of noise.
 
Pull the generator/alternator fuse to see if noise stops.
 
Using handheld radio, turn off master switch to check.
 
Turn off or disable all electrical item such as Electrical turn & bank, 
strobes, etc.
 
 
Once the source of the noise is found,troubleshooting becomes a little easier.
