Let's just make this a low-pressure gathering. The one thing I would  
like to see organized is a museum tour. Some parts of the tour require  
advance registration. You can sign up online, so we could simply  
require that for that part of the tour anyone who wants to do it is  
responsible for signing up. But it needs to be clearly set up as to  
which tour(s) we are talking about.

I'm looking to see if there are any interesting fly-out destinations  
for a Saturday breakfast or lunch. Other than that, just some hanging  
out and a couple of meals should do it...

I would like to know what the leadership's position is on this -  
perhaps we can just call it a "regional" event or something? The last  
time I talked to Skip he said that it was either nothing at all or Mt.  
Vernon, IL. I haven't heard anything, so I'm figuring that it's  
nothing. But it sure would be nice to get a clear statement on what  
the leadership has decided.
