Let me know what I can do. I am sure I can answer for Woody also. I 
did just receive a reply from Russ. The cheapest rate he came up with 
was at the Marriott of $79 and they needed to guaranty 80 attendees. 
At those numbers I can see his problem but it did not take Woody long 
to find $56 and no guaranty.
