I am having more "stumbling" and hesitation to take throttle advancement in cold weather. I'm suspecting it is set a little rich. I'm assuming I want to adjust the setting screw "in"; but would like suggestions on how much I change it each try. I'm thinking 1/4 or 1/2 turn clockwise unless you guys/gals tell me different. I'm going to know the result while taxing.
