Good evening all,
We are planning to install a lighter plug/aux power for running a GPS during flight. Potentially, would like to use it to charge the battery with a solar trickle charger. Have a place on the panel but could use some suggestions on where to tie it into (directly to battery, or electrical bus)? Also, any suggestions on wiring and fuse (5 amp?). Have a mechanic overseeing the installation but could use some real ercoupe experiences to make the best and safest setup. Gene Olinger N3439H ERCO 415-C
