I am going to stick my foot in the bucket here so here goes:  The snub cable IS 
PART OF THE CONVERSION to the dual fork nose gear,  so what is so complicated 
about ( part no.530062-000) sooo if you have the dual fork get it on 
there....Now if you cann't land the 'coupe in a cross wind without scrubing the 
nose wheel do yourself a favor and the throw out the rudder pedles and get some 
lessons and practice on how it is done..  Our strip is 16-34 and the wind is 
only on the nose when it is not blowing ( I think that is around mid-night)

P.S. Forget about the elevator up travel as the cable is PART OF THE 
CONVERSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
