When John Wright Jr. redid my Coupe, the lighter recpticle was the last thing he put in. He placed it to the far left, under the panel. It is out of the way of everyting. It is almost tight aginst the apholstry, which allows me to run my GPS power cord under my eyebrow, (fastend with safety pins) and allowed me to put the extra wire behind the side panel, ahead oof my trim mechinism. It looks very professional and is compleatley not an obstruction of anything. I don't have to reach clear across the cabin to use it.
THE SENILITY PRAYER : Grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked anyway, the good fortune to run into the ones I do, and the eyesight to tell the difference. --- On Sat, 3/14/09, Percy <[email protected]> wrote: > From: Percy <[email protected]> > Subject: [ercoupe-tech] Re: Lighter power attachment > To: [email protected] > Date: Saturday, March 14, 2009, 11:59 AM > "jimtruxel" [email protected] wrote: > > "I installed an outlet near the center, bottom of the > instrument panel and connected it to a circuit breaker > (I think it was a 2 Amp breaker)." > > Did your mechanic do a 337 for that?
