[ercoupe-tech] Data Plate location

I have looked for an hour in all my stuff and cannt find the note but I recall 
having to put the data plate on the pilot side under the horz. stableiser, I 
think this is the new place for it so the feds can look at it without having to 
get o0n the wing and look inside or try to read it thu the window.  Oliver
