Darick,

The EAA flight planner does this. Also the OLD AOPA flight planner did this (i
miss it). Also your GPS may have this (My Garmin 196 does). The rubber banding
is a great feature.

Folks,
I'm looking for a flight planning site that offers an interface which is
similar to a rubber band on a map, if you know what I mean.  Select a starting
point then an ending point on a map and bingo there's your route.  Then "grab"
it and put in as many waypoints as you want.  It seems I've seen this before
but can't remember where.  Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Darick
