I agree with Ed,

The first 415-C that I owned and flew had Goodyear brakes and foot 
pedal (no rudder pedals).

With proper maintenance, I could lock up the mains at will; although 
this was largely limited to
once every month or two when I purposely landed "hot" with intent that 
firm application clean accumulating rust from the discs.  No 
discernible disc, puck or tire wear over 600+ landings,
and the tires were retreads that came with the plane.
