I'll agree with Roy that opening the windows should be on your emergency
landing checklist.

But, if the engine is developing no power, I think I'd list shutting off
both fuel valves and shutting off the master switch as higher priority.

The only flip I know of in a survivable accident was Wayne Woolard's and he
landed in a soft, plowed field.

Keep in mind that window shove out is an option for emergency egress in an
upright crash.  The crash related by my flight instructor at our field
(before I started) was a low speed but bad angle crash.  He hit the power
wire which slowed him and he hit the far side of the ditch.  Apparently, the
fuel gushed and he stood up on the seat and just pushed the window out (with
his shoulder, I guess) and ran.  This, too, is a very rare kind of incident.
