While using Bill's suggestion, BE SURE you check the area under your prop
and within a yard of the low point so there are NO bits of gravel, loose
asphalt or ANYTHING that can be picked up by the suction.

 

I was once amazed how well a full power runup pulled gravel up through the
layer of grass to ding my prop in multiple places.

 

(This is also a good idea for any engine start, by the way.)
