No, I don't want anything from that organization, but what do you think is the 
intent of this statement? 

"We have some very valuable material that could be used to make a lot of money. 
My question is should we sanction this venture and give him all of our material 
to use (sell) or should we stop it all right now."

  I didn't see anyone asking for money. What I saw was someone asking for 
opinions, comments and clarification. I thought that is what you wanted, the 
club asking for comments instead of just doing what they want?
