So, it was never converted to a "C" model.  (The job ain't done til the
paperwork is finished.)

It appears that the bird may have gotten illegally flown above its
authorized weight and balance specifications.  But, on the other hand, it
looks like you still have an LSA bird, no?

I purchased a CD converted to a D in 63 when I went to FSDO to get a new A/W
as the one that showed a D needed replacement because of age and condition a
new one was issued and showed a CD not a D dated 63 also
The FAA said it was a CD not a D the FAA Disc shows a conversion to a D 337
who knows???????????
