I havn't tried the new Stewart Brothers system but understand it's fume free.
Boy, some people will spoil anything. ;) If you want to DIY, I recommend taking the fabric training course from Alexander Aeroplane. Generally it is taught by Jim and Dondie Miller of Aircraft Technical Services. They have forgotten more than most folks ever knew about fabric.
