Did you notice a lack in power when flying lately?

 

High oil temperatures are a sign of combustion gasses meeting the engine oil. 
Thus the oil is heated up unnecessarily.

 

Cause can be piston rings not seating anymore or broken , or more likely valves 
sticking.

 

Did you check the compression? Check it. I bet one cylinder is low in values. 
It is the either the exhaust valve or the rings.

 

Main thing is not to fly that engine. If it is a burned valve, chances are, you 
ruin the other cylinders too.
