Hi everybody. I am new to this and the proud relatively new owner of an ercoupe. I was wondering if the "button" type fasteners that punch through the brake disc clips are the original type fasteners that were used? That is what I am finding on my plane and was just wondering if they were just something to make it work by a former owner or if they were the original type fastener to hold the brake clip on the older Goodyear brakes? Thanks!
