We are contemplating using the Alon exhaust on our Coupe too. It is lighter, gives it a nice, tidy, uncluttered appearance, throaty sound, and it makes it a lot easier to work in the engine compartment.
I annualed two Alons this summer. One had the cross brace. The other didn't. Both had cracked exhaust. The one with the brace was cracked at the #4 exhaust flange. The other was cracked at the Y between #2 & #4. The cross braces themselves seem to crack regularly too. Greg
