How you close the aleron bay really depends on the process you are 
using. I used the PoliFiber process and the requirements for that 
process as specified in their manual did not require stitching. Gluing 
the fabric was sufficient according to the STC. If you are using an 
STDed process, it should tell you the requirements based on the STC 
approved process. If you are not using an STC I think the stitching 
might be required but that is only a guess on my part. What ever process 
you are using should be properly signed off by an authorized signature 
so your best reference might be to check with the person wo will be 
responsible for returning the aircraft to service.
