The rigging instructions are in the Service manual.
But the way the Ercoupe is constructed, there is no need to re-rig
the plane when merely reattaching the ailerons, rudders and elevator.
All these surfaces are bolted onto push rods that don't change the
rigging setup when you disassemble the control surfaces.
