Hey Prof. Ed: I have been out all day, so just read your message. I believe
that the answer to your question is 20 holes on each side. (16 for SB-29
and 4 SB-31) However, as mentioned in Univair's reply to ED, I know that 4
holes do not fit appropriately in the 3 bead skins. Since the number of
holes is only called out in the specific instructions for SB-31, and it does
not address the problem with 3 bead skins, I think you are OK with 19 per
side.
The problem with the spar that Lee wrote about came about with the
original issue of the SB. When it was re written and the holes were moved
further away from the spar, there was no problem. So as long as the holes in
your wings were done using the revised SB, you should not have a problem. If
they were done with the original bulletin, I would recommend getting a
close look at how close the holes were made to the spar.

Hi everyone, & hope you all had a great TG.
Here's my Question:
What is the total number of inspection holes usually required
for the under wing surfaces (Including SB 31) for the :G: models ?
Thank you.
