Prof. Ed: I forgot to add in my previous note that I have personal experience with the FAA proceeding to take a mechanic to court for signing off an annual inspection on a Coupe with less than 8 holes per wing. (this was prior to SB 31) I got involved providing instruction to the FAA personnel on what was required, when and where. Lynn Nelsen
