Jack.

Goodyear brakes need to bled upstream from the wheels to the master cylinder.

Otherwise you can't get the air out of the brake cylinders. Using some
automotive brake bleeder had been reported to be successful.

Subject: [ercoupe-tech] No Brakes

Our Coupe currently has no brakes. I mean they are there but cannot
get any petal. They are original style (Goodyear?).

Things tried by AP: Bleeding (many times),New o-rings in Master cyl,
check pedal movement, discs free to move and maybe more.

When he plugged the line downstream of the master cyl the pedal
held full and solid. Open to wheels and nothing.

Any Ideas or experience like this.....

Thanks, Jack
